Get renegotiation details

Retrieves the current status and details of a renegotiation.

Status flow:

  • PENDING_PAYMENT: Waiting for payment
  • PAID: Payment confirmed, original installments settled
  • EXPIRED: Payment deadline passed without payment
  • CANCELLED: Renegotiation cancelled by the system or user
