Create renegotiation

Creates and confirms a renegotiation based on a previous simulation. The selected option from the simulation is used to generate the renegotiation with the corresponding payment method.

Once created, the renegotiation generates a PIX QR Code or Boleto for payment. The original installments are frozen until the renegotiation is paid or expires.
