The OTP is sent to the customer's phone during the update step.
自动审批： 当合作伙伴的 source_kyc=qitech 且 source_credit=qitech 时，/approval 步骤是可选的，签署后申请直接转为 APPROVED 状态（而非 CONTRACT_SIGNED）。此时响应中返回 approved_at。
