• APPROVED to SUBMITTED_TO_FI to FUNDED (or FUNDING_FAILED)

You must check the status before confirming the order:

• SUBMITTED_TO_FI: Disbursement in progress (pending)
• FUNDED: Disbursement successful (confirm order)
• FUNDING_FAILED: Disbursement failed (cancel order, limit restored)
