Charges the application to confirm stock and triggers the disbursement process. This endpoint returns the current application status to track the disbursement flow.

- APPROVED to SUBMITTED_TO_FI to FUNDED (or FUNDING_FAILED)
You must check the status before confirming the order:
- SUBMITTED_TO_FI: Disbursement in progress (pending)
- FUNDED: Disbursement successful (confirm order)
- FUNDING_FAILED: Disbursement failed (cancel order, limit restored)
