Signs the loan contract for the application using OTP verification.
The OTP is sent to the customer's phone during the update step.
Auto-approve behavior: When the partner has source_kyc=qitech and source_credit=qitech, the /approval step is optional and the application transitions directly to APPROVED status after signing (instead of CONTRACT_SIGNED). In this case approved_at is returned in the response.
